Inspired by the timeless form of the fish, Matsya celebrates one of India's oldest and most enduring symbols.
Representing life, abundance, fertility and the flowing waters that sustain it, the fish has held a place in Indian art, mythology and folk traditions for centuries.
Handcrafted using the traditional Dhokra lost-wax casting technique, Matsya is presented as a pair, with intricate linear detailing, open latticework and expressive sculptural forms. The result is an object that feels both deeply rooted and wonderfully contemporary.
Designed to sit quietly on a console, bookshelf or coffee table, Matsya brings the warmth of handmade metalwork into the modern home.
A story of water, abundance and craft — cast by hand.
Handcrafted using the traditional Dhokra lost-wax casting technique. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Keep away from water and excessive moisture. Avoid abrasive cleaners, scrubbing and metal polish. Keep away from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and humidity. Natural changes in patina over time are part of the character of the metal.
