At Hasa Atelier, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted. We encourage mindful purchases and aim to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns

  • Due to the handcrafted and limited-batch nature of our products, we do not offer returns unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement (subject to availability), or

  • A store credit, or

  • A refund (in rare cases, at our discretion)

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or defective products

  • We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, color preference, or natural variations

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care
